PEACHYDEV LTD grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with Apple's App Store Usage Rules.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the apps, attempt to extract source code, or use them for any unlawful purpose. Any violation may result in termination of access.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of PEACHYDEV LTD. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our apps are provided "as is". PEACHYDEV LTD shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paphos, Cyprus.
